- Remove all eye makeup (eyeliners, mascara, eyeshadows etc, ) for better result.
- Do not use moisturiser or oil bases products. (the eye pads will not stick if these products are present)
- Do not curl, perm or lift your natrual lashes.
- Do not drink alcohol, coffee, energy drinks before the appointment.
- Contact lenses need to be removed.
- Your lashes can be tinted before the treatment.
- Patch rest available upon request.
- No animal allowed in the club.
- No males allowed in the club. Fernwood club is for females only.
- There is no lift in the club.
- We kindly ask you to take your shoes off and not use mobile phones during lash and brow appointments.
Fees and charges:
All new appointments will require
a $30 deposit upon reservation.
Deposit will be lost if the reservation is canceled within 24hours of appointment.
So please provide as much notice as possible.
